  • Strategic leadership and substantial management experience with a successful track record leading a business entity, a commercially-orientated public enterprise or a national voluntary organisation
  • Understanding of collaborative working and a partnership approach and able to facilitate collective decision making
  • Successful experience of developing and implementing innovative strategic plans an monitoring performance against agreed objectives
  • Experience of being accountable to a Board, acting as a trusted adviser and taking responsibility for implementation of decisions
